A Space for Learning is a design competition initiated by the Irish Architecture Foundation to challenge current thinking on school design, creating an opportunity for architects to collaborate with the end-users of educational spaces - the students.
Robert Bourke Architects and St. Paul's College, Raheny, were on of the ten winning teams selected from among 90 entries to present their work in a national touring exhibition.
This blog documents the workshops undertaken with the students (January to March 2010) and provides updates on the preparation of the exhibition piece which toured to major arts venues around Ireland (November 2010 to February 2012).
